Upstream Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our East Memphis team. You will provide patient-centered care in collaboration with physicians and therapists, advancing evidence-based treatment and positive patient outcomes.

This role offers mentorship, a monthly bonus plan, generous CE benefits, and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, health/dental/vision, and 401k match. CPR certification and Tennessee PTA licensure are required.

In partnering with OrthoSouth we have become a preferred outpatient orthopedic and sports therapy service provider to the East Memphis, TN community. To further support the needs of this community we are looking to add a Physical Therapist Assistant to our team that is committed to providing a remarkable patient experience through advancing our vision of coordinating patient-centered care with an emphasis on comprehensive evidence-based treatment. This is enhanced through building integral relationships with our physician partners. Together, we strive to provide exceptional patient outcomes and a positive atmosphere for patient healing while promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Hourly Rate: $28-35
