Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement physical therapy programs and activities per recovery plans.
• Deliver therapy treatments to patients.
• Collaborate with the rehab team and other staff.
• Maintain patient-centered care and address whole-patient needs.
• Report to the Director of Rehab and adjust plans as needed.
