Job summary

PT Near Me is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to deliver skilled therapy in patients' homes across Florida. The role offers autonomy, flexible scheduling, and patient-centered care, with per-visit pay and the freedom to add visits as you like.

You will follow a PT-authored plan of care, educate families, document visits, and coordinate with a supervising PT, while enjoying a flexible, contract-based schedule.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree from PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible).
• Reliable transportation and the ability to manage time and service area independently.
• Home-based care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled treatment under a PT-authored plan of care in patients' homes — therapeutic exercise, mobility and gait training, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and trigger-point techniques.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises, mobility strategies, and safety.
• Document each visit accurately and communicate progress to the supervising PT.
• Keep every home visit safe and professional.
• Treat a range of cases — post-accident, post-surgical, and chronic-condition patients.
