PT Near Me is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our in-home care team in Florida. Based in Melbourne, you will deliver skilled therapy in patients' homes under a PT plan of care, with autonomy and flexible hours.

You'll educate patients and caregivers, document visits, and coordinate with a supervising PT. This role suits a self-motivated PTA who values independence, travel to patients, and a supportive back-office setup.

Qualifications

• Active Florida PTA license or license-eligible.
• Associate's degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Knowledge of outpatient/home rehab techniques and terminology.
• Reliable transportation and time management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled therapy per PT plan of care in patients' homes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises and safety.
