Job summary

Rock Health is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to provide patient-centered care in a home health setting. You will support patient recovery under the supervision of a Physical Therapist and ensure treatment plans are followed within scope.

Responsibilities include educating patients and families, performing exercises, monitoring responses, and documenting changes. A current Arkansas PTA license, CPR, and a valid driver's license are required, with weekend rotations possible.

Qualifications

• Current licensure, registration, or certification to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the relevant state.
• CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, or access to transportation.
• Ability to work effectively in diverse home environments and with patients of all backgrounds.
• Willingness to work weekend rotations.
• Preferred: Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, transferring, and assisting with mobility.

Compensation

Annual total cash target ranges from $52,417 to $78,625, with hourly and per-visit pay options available.
