Job summary

Rehab Solutions in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Part Time or PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Home Health team. You will support clinicians in delivering patient-centered care across the Kansas City area.

You will implement treatment plans, monitor progress, and educate patients and families. The role offers autonomy, flexible scheduling, and a supportive, therapist-led environment in a growing home health setting.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited program.
• Licensure: Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant, or license eligible.
• Skills: Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists.
• Provide direct patient care including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modality applications.
• Monitor and document patient progress, report observations to the Physical Therapist, and educate patients and families on treatment protocols.
• Documentation: Accurately document patient treatments, progress, and responses in compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.

Requirements
