The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) at Synchrony Rehab will work under the direction of a Physical Therapist to deliver therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary setting.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, documenting patient progress, instructing patients and families, and collaborating with the care team to support recovery and quality of life for our patients in Richmond, Indiana.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current PTA licensure in the state.
• 0–1 years of related experience is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists.
• Document patient responses and progress.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and safety.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for comprehensive care.
• Maintain up-to-date patient documentation.
