Your Role :

As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you will provide compassionate and high-quality therapy to patients in their homes. Working under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping patients regain mobility and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities :

• Implement therapy treatment plans as directed by the PT
• Provide therapeutic exercises, functional activities, and patient education
• Document patient progress and communicate updates to the PT and care team
• Travel locally to patient homes
• Help patients and families understand care plans and therapy goals

What You Need :

• Active PTA license in the state of Texas
• CPR Certification
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Home health experience is a plus but not required
• A genuine passion for patient care and helping others
