Therapy Partner Solutions in Rome GA is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for Home Health on a full-time, per-visit role with a $45-$51 rate and a $1,000 sign-on bonus. You will work with a collaborative team to deliver patient-centered care in the home setting.

The position supports growth through mentorship, clinical leadership by therapists, and opportunities for professional development within a supportive network.

Qualifications

• Graduate (current or pending) of an accredited physical therapy assistant program.
• Active or pending state physical therapist assistant license.
• New graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload within a collaborative, multidisciplinary home health team.
• Limited drive time between visits to maximize patient contact.
• Clinical leadership by therapists to support daily challenges.
• Individualized support for professional growth and interests.
• Collaboration with Home Healthcare colleagues for a coordinated care approach.
