Job summary

A List Therapy Group is a therapist-owned home health therapy network in Southern California. We are looking for a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide PTA services in accordance with physician orders and the supervising PT’s plan of care.

Earn $60-$65 per visit with potential annual compensation of $123,000–$153,000 based on visit volume, plus a $250 sign-on bonus and a $250 referral bonus for contracting with our referral network.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in California (PTA).
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work independently with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Provide PTA services per physician orders and plan of care.
• Deliver skilled therapy to improve mobility and quality of life.
• Ensure patient safety and progress under the supervising PT’s plan of care.

What You’ll Do:

• Ensure patient safety and progress by following the PT's established plan of care.
