Team Rehabilitation Physical Therapy in Naperville, IL seeks a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high‑quality patient care under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. You will treat patients, educate them on injuries and wellness, and supervise technicians during modalities.

Responsibilities include documentation, maintaining productivity, and contributing to protocol development, clinic research, and ongoing CEU coursework.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality patient care under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Treat patients, address questions, and educate them on injuries, progress, and long‑term wellness strategies.
• Supervise Techs during modalities (for all federal payers and non‑BCBSM patients) and assist with setup and cleanup.
• Complete accurate, timely documentation for daily notes and discharges.
• Maintain productivity expectations (60 treatments in a 40‑hour week in an outpatient ortho setting).
• Assist in developing and refining treatment protocols.
• Participate in clinic research studies.
• Continue to grow professionally through CEUs and approved coursework.
