Job summary

AgeRight Therapy – Clatsop Care Center is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to support rehabilitation services for residents.

You will work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, develop personalized care plans, and use evidence-based programs to maximise functional outcomes, while benefiting from dedicated documentation time and opportunities for professional growth within Marquis/Consonus network.

Qualifications

• Graduate from accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current state licensure or in the process of obtaining appropriate state licensure.

Responsibilities

• Apply a transformative approach to therapy by implementing personalized care plans under the direction and supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Utilize AgeRight Therapy’s evidence-based clinical programs and pathways to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Be a Champion of the Journey by maximizing function in physical, emotional, social, and cognitive realms for patients, families, co-workers, and self.
