Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to work in-facility, reporting to the Director of Rehab. You will implement PT programs, follow recovery plans, and deliver treatments to help patients regain function while maintaining a compassionate, patient-centered atmosphere.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and refer to colleagues as needed to optimize care, ensuring patients and families receive high-quality service and support on their recovery

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Help patients get well by implementing physical therapy programs and activities.
• Follow developed recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
• Collaborate with teammates and refer to other providers as needed to support patient care.
• Provide patient-centered care with a compassionate atmosphere.
