Job summary

Health Here seeks a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to deliver skilled therapy services in a home health setting. You will provide direct physical therapy under supervision, communicate with patients and caregivers about the plan of care, and report observations to the supervisor or physician.

You will help treat patients to relieve pain, restore function, and educate families on the safe use of prosthetic and assistive devices, collaborating with the team and planning for discharge.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited PTA program.
• Current state licensure.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy under supervision of a physical therapist.
