Physical Therapist Assistant - FT - Francis Marion

Responsibilities
  • Provide physical therapy treatments according to established plans.
  • Assist the Physical Therapist with evaluations and complex procedures.
  • Record, report, and monitor patient responses and progress.
  • Maintain treatment documentation and communicate with family, physicians, and other health professionals.
  • Support the occupational therapy department and participate in in-service programs.
  • Engage in continuing education to stay current in the field.
  • Comply with regulatory and professional standards.
  • Participate in team conferences and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, ensuring efficient resource allocation and compliance with reimbursement guidelines.
Qualifications
