Interface Rehab, Inc. is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our California team.

We offer full-time, part-time, and per-diem opportunities across post-acute care, retirement communities, and outpatient clinics, with shifts up to 40 hours per week. The PTA will provide therapy care, assist in evaluating and implementing treatment plans, collaborate with physicians and families, document progress, and support patient goals.

What You’ll Need

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly rate: $38.00 to $42.00
• Paid Time Off (PTO) – 15 days to start, accruing up to 30 days per year (additional day each year)
• 6 paid holidays and up to 3 days of bereavement pay each year
• 401(K) retirement program with company match of 25% up to the first 4% of your deferral each payroll
