Tender Touch Rehab Services in South Carolina is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time position in SNF and long-term care settings. You will provide therapy under supervision and support patient progress.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed PT.
• Identify suitable patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team to achieve quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are current and accurate.
