Bonus: Sign-On Bonus up to $3,000
Compensation: Starting at $25.40 (eligible for increase based on experience)

Age Specific Responsibility: Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served in assigned department.
Summary: Provides physical therapy services as assigned by, and under the supervision of, a physical therapist. Keeps treatment skills updated through continuing education, evidence-based research, and program development.
Demonstrate excellent customer service and standards of behaviors, encouraging, coaching, and monitoring the same in team members.
Contribute by identifying problems and seeking solutions. Promote patient/family satisfaction where possible; participates in departmental efforts to monitor and report customer service.
