Upstream Rehabilitation is seeking a Float Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for outpatient orthopedics in the Nashville area. This role offers coverage across 2-3 clinics, hands-on care under a licensed PT, and opportunities to grow professionally.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide float treatment coverage across 2-3 outpatient clinics in the Nashville area.
• Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized treatment plans.
• Track patient progress and collaborate closely with your clinical team.
• Foster positive relationships with patients, providers, and your local community.

This is a float PTA position offering the opportunity to treat across multiple outpatient locations in Nashville + surrounding areas

Options

• Full Time (30-40 hours)
• Part Time (20-29 hours)
• PRN (1-19 hours, as needed)
