Job summary

Peak Physical Therapy is seeking a PRN Float Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient clinics in Nashville, TN. This role provides the flexibility to cover multiple locations as needed, delivering quality patient care under the supervision of licensed therapists.

Ideal candidates will have graduated from an accredited PTA program and have an active or pending Tennessee license. We offer competitive pay between $30.00 - $32.00 per hour, supportive team environment, and opportunities for professional growth.

What You’ll Do as a Float (PRN) Physical Therapist Assistant

• Provide PRN (as needed) float coverage across multiple outpatient Results PT clinics in Nashville, TN
• Deliver hands‑on, evidence-based care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized treatment plans
• Track patient progress and collaborate closely with your clinical team
• Foster positive relationships with patients, providers, and your local community
• Continue your professional growth through Upstream’s mentorship and learning programs

Qualifications
