Premium Float Pay | Full-Time Benefits | $1,500 CEU | 3 Weeks of Vacation | $1,000 Monthly Incentive! | Individualized Mentorship & Development

Pay Range: Negotiable and highly competitive! Pay range $32/hr to $40/hr + Production Incentive + Benefits. Individual pay dependent on location, experience and job related factors.

Highline Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Float Physical Therapist Assistant to travel between our 10 clinics in the Seattle - Tacoma region! This is a full-time PTA floater position with guaranteed full-time hours and benefits.

Position Summary:

• Provide Physical Therapy to patients in an outpatient setting
• Follow individualized care plans for each treatment
• Collaborate with colleagues to optimize care
• Utilize a state-of-the-art EMR for documentation, reporting, and data collection
• Comply with all federal, state, and insurance-based rules and regulations

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an approved school for Physical Therapist Assistants
• Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in good standing with the State.

Physical Requirements:

• Mobility: Ability to move around freely to assist patients and therapists.
• Lifting: Capable of lifting and carrying equipment or assisting patients as needed (up to 50 pounds).
• Standing: Extended periods of standing and walking during therapy sessions.
• Manual Dexterity: Proficiency in handling therapy tools and equipment.
• Visual and Auditory Skills: Ability to observe patients and communicate effectively.
• Flexibility: Adaptability to changing tasks and schedules in a dynamic healthcare environment.
