Qualifications

• Must be licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program; active state license.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed PT per state guidelines.
• Identify appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with PT for evaluation/referral.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes and maintain documentation for regulatory requirements.
• Obtain and update all physician orders as required.
