Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant - FT to join our growing team in Gary, IN. Provide PT services under a licensed PT, support patient selection, and help coordinate care in SNF and long-term care settings.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Current PTA license in the state of practice.
• AA PTA program from an APTA-accredited school.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
