Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting in Bridgeton, NJ. Compensation is $32.00-$40.00 per hour with full-time benefits and opportunities for growth.

You will provide therapy under a licensed PT, support patient selection and referrals, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve quality outcomes while maintaining compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Associate's degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
