Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our growing team in Columbus, Ohio. This full-time role offers $55,000–$70,000 per year and is based in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. We provide competitive benefits, online CEU credits, and pathways for advancement.

As a PTA you will deliver therapy under a licensed PT, help identify appropriate patients, coordinate with the PT for evaluation, and maintain compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist following state guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
