The Lakes Home Care, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in providing compassionate in-home therapy.

You will support licensed physical therapists in developing and implementing treatment plans, and work with patients to help them regain movement and manage pain. Educating patients and their families on at-home exercises and care routines, while collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care, are key parts of the role.

Qualifications

• Active PTA license in NY.
• Experience in developing and implementing therapy plans.
• Knowledge of physiology and occupational health practices.
• Familiarity with inpatient therapy procedures.
