Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to coordinate therapy services.
• Document all therapy services in accordance with facility policies and regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized therapy area.
• Communicate with the Physical Therapist and team about resident progress and concerns.
