Signature HealthCARE is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Signature Rehab team in Kentucky. You will work under the supervision of a licensed PT to help residents achieve functional goals and timely recoveries.

This role focuses on compassionate, patient-centered rehab services in a 69-bed facility. Ideal candidates hold an Accredited PTA program degree and an active PTA license in the state, with a commitment to quality outcomes and resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Valid PTA license in the state where services are rendered.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in developing and implementing patient treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the supervising PT.
• help with modalities, exercises, and therapeutic activities to promote recovery.
