Signature Rehab, part of Signature HealthCARE, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our rehab team at North Hardin Rehab & Wellness Center in Radcliff, KY. The PTA will work under the supervision of a physical therapist to support rehabilitation programs for residents and outpatient clients.

Qualified applicants will hold an accredited PTA degree (Associate’s) and possess a valid PTA license in Kentucky.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• A valid Physical Therapy Assistant license in the state where services are rendered.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents/patients to achieve full recovery and timely return to activities.
• Collaborate with the clinical care team to ensure continuity of care and progress.
