Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care under the supervision of a licensed PT.
• Progress patient’s plan of care as established by the PT.
• Communicate with physicians through progress notes and discharge summaries.
• Coordinate with supervising PT on treatment plans and follow-ups.
• Supervise rehabilitation aides and administrative staff as needed.
• Engage in community services and events related to therapy.
