The Encore at Boca Raton Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team in Boca Raton, FL. You will work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to provide patient care, document progress, and support a multidisciplinary team focused on geriatric rehabilitation.

Daily pay option is available. The role emphasizes high-quality patient care, professionalism, and timely documentation in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid professional license and registration for state of FL.
• Provides comprehensive treatment under supervision of the Physical Therapist.
• Experience with long-term care and geriatric care preferred.
• Excellent documentation and weekly progress notes.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to provide patient-centered care.
• Demonstrates professional behavior and punctuality.
• Compliance with confidentiality and residents’ rights.

Responsabilités

• Carry out best-practice treatments under PT supervision.
• Provide treatments per goals developed by the PT.
• Document patient progress weekly and timely.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for optimal care.
• Maintain professional conduct and confidentiality.
