Responsibilities

The Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA, LPTA) performs treatments, provides exercise instruction, and educates patients to improve their well-being, following the established plan of care.

Education and Experience

License Requirements:

• Current licensure, registration, or certification to assist in physical therapy practice in the state of practice
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to reliable transportation
