Green Oaks Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant for our Arlington, TX clinic. You will provide high-quality patient care in a team-focused setting, participate in mentorship, and contribute to outcomes-driven rehabilitation.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $26–$32 with a productivity bonus up to $6.87/hour on top of base pay, plus a sign-on bonus up to $2,000 and relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, EAP, and growth opportunities.

Job Description

• Pay: $26-32/hour depending on experience PLUS productivity bonus, which can add up to $6.87/hr ON TOP of your base rate!

• Excellent communication and people skills.




• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.




• Current state of Texas license (or soon to have if relocating) with CPR certification.
