Schedule: Mon - Fri

Compensation: Starting at $27+/hr. Starting hourly rate increases with experience.

Select Physical Therapy's outpatient center has an immediate need for a Full Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide exceptional patient care to patients of all ages and abilities. Join a specialized and experienced team of 3 PTs, 1 PTA, and 1 OT/CHT. Our team includes a manually certified and orthopedic specialists with expertise in kinesiotaping, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, concussion, vestibular, and running rehabilitation. Responsibilities

1. Responsible for patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by State Practice Act.
2. Implement, with minimal supervision, high-quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers, and facilities in accordance with the principles and practices of physical therapy and with Select Medical policies and procedures.
3. Maintain positive interactions with centers and patients, and enhance and expand client relations with centers and their staff.

Qualifications

1. College graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program.
2. Passed a national examination for PTAs certified by the CAPTE.
3. Valid state physical therapist assistant (PTA) license (or license in process).
4. CPR certification.
