Enhance Rehabilitation is looking for a qualified physical therapy assistant to join our dynamic team. Working under the guidance of a physical therapist, you will help treat patients by following individualized plans of care.

You will participate in developing and implementing treatment programs, assist with all phases of therapy, discuss progress with patients, and keep charts updated. This role emphasizes collaboration with therapists, directors, rehab staff, and clinicians.

Qualifications

• Must be a qualified Physical Therapist Assistant with current credentials.

• With supervision of the Physical Therapist, develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Physical Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
