Job summary

Elara Caring seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to advance our home care program. You will implement treatment plans, assist patients toward improved mobility, and collaborate with supervising therapists in patients' homes.

This role requires an active PTA license, graduation from an approved program, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. We offer comprehensive benefits, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, PTO, and mileage support.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted PTA license valid for the state of work.
• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy assistant program approved by the American Therapy Association.
• 6+ months experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant is preferred.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment.
• Must possess a valid driver's license, maintain an acceptable driving record, OR have reliable transportation to travel between patient homes and assigned work locations.
