Therapy Management Corporation is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to provide patient-centered therapy for adults and older adults in a supportive clinical setting.

You will work under a Physical Therapist to improve mobility, safety and independence while delivering consistent, quality care. A geriatric focus, collaborative teamwork and ongoing professional development are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant or eligible for licensure in the practice state.
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized physical therapy under the direction of a Physical Therapist to improve mobility, strength and independence.
• Implement patient-centered treatment plans to support recovery, safety and long-term goals.
• Deliver hands-on therapy interventions to enhance movement and overall quality of life for adults and seniors.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers and nursing staff to support outcomes and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and monitor progress to adjust plans as needed.

• Deliver hands-on therapy interventions that enhance movement, endurance and overall quality of life for adult and geriatric patients
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support strong patient outcomes and continuity of care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on individual rehabilitation needs
