Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to empower adult and geriatric patients with compassionate, patient-centered therapy in Dayton, Ohio. You will work closely with a Physical Therapist to improve mobility, safety and independence in a collaborative clinical setting.

Qualifications

  • Licensed PTA in the state of practice or eligible for licensure.
  • Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
  • Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.
  • Committed to patient-centered care and improving older adults' quality of life.

Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized physical therapy under the direction of a Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility, strength, balance and functional independence.
  • Implement patient-centered treatment plans designed to support recovery, safety, pain management, and long-term rehabilitation goals.
  • Deliver hands-on therapy interventions that enhance movement, endurance and overall quality of life for adult and geriatric patients.
  • Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support strong patient outcomes and continuity of care.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on individual rehabilitation needs.
