Job summary

The Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation at Hoosick Falls is seeking a full-time physical therapy professional to assess, plan, and implement rehabilitation programs for patients. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to promote mobility, reduce pain, and improve strength using evidence-based techniques, with an emphasis on personalized care and outcomes documentation.

Candidates should hold an active PT license or PTA credential and a relevant associate degree, with strong communication

Qualifications

• Active PT license in the relevant state.
