Qualifying candidates have an active Arizona PTA license, CPR certification, and at least 1 year of clinical experience (home health preferred). Enjoy flexible schedules with per diem, part-time or full-time options.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home physical therapy services following the established Plan of Care

Your Role as a Home Health PTA (Physical Therapist Assistant)

As a Physical Therapist Assistant in home health, you will deliver skilled therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, focusing on rehabilitation, fall prevention, and functional mobility.

Key Responsibilities
