Job summary

Springfield Center for Living and Rehabilitation in Springfield, VT is seeking a flexible PRN PTA to join our supportive rehab team. You will provide skilled physical therapy under the direction of a PT to help residents regain mobility, strength, and independence.

Active Vermont PTA license is required; SNF/LTC experience preferred, but new grads are welcome. You will document treatments in Net Health and collaborate with the rehab team to support resident-centered goals.
