Job summary

H2 Health Prime Living in Sebastian, FL is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to provide 1:1 patient care within luxury Senior Living communities. This role supports residents with individualized therapy plans in an interdisciplinary team, with flexible part-time or full-time schedules and a pay range of $32–$38 per hour.
