Responsibilities: The PTA performs duties suitable for new graduates with competence in skills and professionalism, treating diverse age groups including pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. The PTA actively participates in departmental growth and quality management.

Qualifications:

• Meets qualifications for New Graduate PTA
• Licensed in their state of hire; eligible for licensure in other states (license obtained within 3 months of hire). Inpatient Pease employees need a Maine license. Per Diems only need licensure in their work state.
• Certified in BLS Healthcare Provider Level CPR biennially
• If in Outpatient, must work at least two evenings per week unless approved
• If in Inpatient, required to work on holiday and weekend rotations as per staffing levels
