ADI Physical Therapist Assistant FT, PT, PRN

Schedule: MWF 9am-12pm, 2:30-9pm

Salary: $68,000 to $98,000 based on experience

Job Summary

We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team! In this role, you will work closely with patients daily to assist in their recovery from injuries through therapeutic exercises and soft tissue mobilization. Responsibilities include recording accurate patient records, setting up necessary equipment, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. The ideal candidate works well independently and in a team, maintains a positive attitude to support patient recovery, and has knowledge of physical therapy guidelines and recommendations.

Responsibilities

1. Assist patients during exercises and daily functional tasks by correcting form, motivating, and ensuring safety.
2. Review and administer individualized treatment plans.
3. Maintain accurate records of patient treatments and progress.
4. Mentor and encourage patients through major life changes, providing support and advice.
5. Maintain equipment and ensure a clean, safe environment.
6. Be flexible with scheduling and work at various hours or locations as needed.
