Monte Vista Hills Healthcare in Pocatello, ID is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to join our in-house rehab program. You will work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to deliver rehabilitative treatments for our geriatric and post-acute patients.

The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, mobility training, manual techniques, ambulation support, and patient/family counseling in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• PTA license is required.

• Apply evidence-based practices to support clinical interventions under supervision.
• Provide rehabilitative treatment to patients with physical functioning disorders under Physical Therapist supervision.
• Administer rehabilitation procedures including manual techniques, ambulation, exercises, modalities and device use under supervision.

• Offer consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers and other service providers regarding physical disorders.

Monte Vista Hills Healthcare in Pocatello, ID is a post-acute care facility with long-term care, short-term care, and geriatric services provided. We can offer a stable and fun in-house therapy team to work with as well as excellent programs serving our geriatric clientele in their journey to recovery. We are currently seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant for our in-house rehab program!

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply evidence-based practices to support clinical interventions.
