Phoenix Mountain Post Acute is seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our in-house therapy team. You’ll collaborate with experienced clinicians, deliver skilled, medically necessary interventions, and help shape patient care to boost independence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Current state PTA license or eligibility.
• New graduates and experienced clinicians are encouraged to apply.

Responsabilités

• Provide skilled, medically necessary PTA interventions under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Deliver individualized treatment programs focused on ADLs, mobility, strength, cognition and independence.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, modalities and rehab interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans with the supervising PT.
• Document patient outcomes in accordance with regulatory and clinical standards.

• Provide skilled, medically necessary occupational therapy interventions under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Deliver individualized treatment programs focused on improving activities of daily living (ADLs), functional mobility, strength, cognition, and overall independence.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, activities, modalities, adaptive equipment training, and other rehabilitation interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate findings with the supervising Physical Therapist to modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Document patient outcomes while maintaining regulatory and clinical standards.

Qualifications

• Current state Physical Therapist Assistant license (or eligibility)
