Job description

Nationwide Healthcare Services is looking for clinicians to join our rehabilitation departments in Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties. We have Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN positions available.

Responsibilities
  1. Under a physician’s order, provide direct resident treatment in accordance with an established care plan. Treatment modalities may include individual, concurrent, and group sessions.
  2. Provide excellent training for residents and caregivers.
  3. Document services provided within Rehab Optima on a timely basis.
  4. Demonstrate knowledge and application of Medicare and other reimbursement regulations.
  5. Exhibit courtesy, compassion, and respect to residents, families, caregivers, visitors, physicians, administrators, and co-workers in every interaction.
  6. Engage in continuous learning to stay current in the field.
  7. Comply with facility privacy policies to protect residents’ health information.
  8. Participate in clinical program development and implementation.
  9. Contribute to team meetings and decision-making processes.
  10. Ensure service and operational excellence in all activities to deliver quality outcomes.
  11. Assist in training and orienting staff, students, and volunteers.
  12. Participate in quality improvement activities as needed.
  13. Perform administrative duties such as overseeing resident care activities, managing medical records, executing physician orders, and ordering supplies.
Educational Requirements
  1. Graduated from an accredited program approved by their professional association.
  2. Current licensure by the applicable state agency.
Experience Required
