Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide physical therapy services to adult/geriatric patients in a collaborative clinical setting. You’ll focus on improving mobility, independence, safety and quality of life while delivering patient-centered care with clinical autonomy.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized physical therapy under the direction of a Physical Therapist to improve mobility and independence.
• Implement patient-centered treatment plans focused on safety, pain management, and functional goals.
• Deliver hands-on therapy to enhance movement, endurance and quality of life for adults and geriatrics.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support outcomes and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and monitor progress to adjust treatment plans.

• Implement patient-centered treatment plans designed to support recovery, safety, pain management, and long-term rehabilitation goals
• Deliver hands-on therapy interventions that enhance movement, endurance and overall quality of life for adult and geriatric patients
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support strong patient outcomes and continuity of care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on individual rehabilitation needs

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or license eligible in the state of practice
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
