You will deliver high-quality outpatient care under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, advancing patients toward functional goals with evidence-based strategies.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant and licensure eligibility required in state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality treatment under the direction of the Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting.
• Progress patients toward functional goals through evidence-based care.
• Build strong patient relationships and create a positive care experience.
• Communicate patient progress and clinical updates to the supervising PT.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation.
• Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing clinic environment.

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements:

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

About

Compensation: $26 - $29/hour + inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, paid continued education, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
