PTAs based here see a healthy blend of motor-vehicle crash recovery and post-surgical rehab without the productivity quotas of a clinic setting. From a Downtown / SoDo / Winter Park home base, our PTAs typically work across MetroWest, College Park, Lake Nona, Hunter's Creek, and into Apopka or Winter Garden when it makes sense. You set the radius - and the back-office assigns you visits inside it, never beyond it. Orlando sits in Orange County. I-4 commuter volume and a fast-growing 65+ population produce a mix of MVC recovery, total-joint, and complex post-surgical cases. The back-office keeps assignments inside your chosen radius, so I-4 and 408 traffic isn't a daily burden. What you'll do:

• Deliver skilled treatment under a PT-authored plan of care in patients' homes - therapeutic exercise, mobility and gait training, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and trigger-point techniques.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises, mobility strategies, and safety.
• Document each visit accurately and communicate progress to the supervising PT.
• Keep every home visit safe and professional.
• Treat a range of cases - post-accident, post-surgical, and chronic-condition patients.

What you need:

• Associate's degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible).
• Knowledge of outpatient/home rehab techniques, anatomy, and medical terminology.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to manage your time and service area independently.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping patients regain function at home.
